I would like to add that it seems the price of these launchers may be on the rise. I have sold most of a month worth of production in Jita and a few other systems for 4.5mill+ per launcher.
Just a bump

Yeah, but Assault Missiles are around the corner. Might affect the HML2 sales on the long run.

I have doubts with regard to the viability of these, as they will not have the range versatility seen with torps. It is usually a bad idea to limit yourself to close range in a slow ship, especially when heavy launchers allow you to be effective at all but the most extreme of long range engagements.
Regardless, the price of these launchers has much more to do with the generally high prices seen for all Caldari based mods. They are simply the most popular race.
