Thing I wrote waaayyy back:
Top 10 reason you know that you are playing too much EVE:
10, You go out in your backyard looking for bistot or arkanoid to refine.
9, When buying things, you refuse to acknowledge any other currency than ISK.
8, When booking a vacation trip, you ask about the security rating, pod kills and nr of ships destroyed of that particualr place
7, You ask your local gundealer if he got Anti Matter shells for your shotgun. (Shotgun is closerange anyway, might as well opt for damage)
6, When the dealer says no, you start looking for the Market button.
5, You are looking in the Yellow Pages for a good Pirate Corp. to join.
4, You bring a notepad with you to bookmark interesting places for future reference.
3, Your cats name is Jaspet.
2, You think that you will learn math if you just open the book before going to sleep.
1, You actually understood and thought some of the jokes above was funny.

I'm self employed and fix people's networks for a living. Often I reschedule appointments so I can bo online to start the next skill, stay in a large battle which makes my heart thump, and finish mining that last bit of Veld I need to build my next battleship.
I am the poster boy for Eve addiction.

While pushing the "call lift" button you think "Requesting docking permission" and once get to the floor, "docking permission accepted"
When you put a message on your cell phone saying you're AFK, and if it's urgent, send an eve-mail.
Getting to a fast food and looking for the Moa Burger
