We have decided to put small merc corps out of business, because we don't like being called names on the forums.
Therefore like a Tesco's express we will mop up all the profitable smaller contracts and in so forcing the corner shops into liqudation.
Our next step will to be integrate the members of BYDI ect, into our fold. We have nice blue uniforms and minimum wage contracts all ready to sign.

Small fry merc work is still pretty much non existant. The MC name gives us great credability (not to mention, sharks 4tw) and makes it quite easy for us to get the smaller contracts, but they still dont come along very often. I think the start of the year was the last solo contract we had.
And i wasnt being pompous, i was being realistic. Theres a difference

Credability or not I'm not realy surprised you dont get offered solo contracts very often seeing as youre in an ALLIANCE.......
Seriously, if youre looking for a single corp to do some merc work for you, you arent going to give MC a shout and ask one of their corps to leave the alliance to come fight for you, youre just gonna ask a solo corp surely?
Well, whatever, I'm sure you will disagree, but I cant see many people asking a corp to leave MC to do merc work for them, small jobs you ask a corp, large jobs (as long as its not against BOB ) you ask an alliance.

If you look on the quote secton of the MC website you do have the option to only hire certain corporations of the MC, this is not the first time one of us has left the MC to do a job just the first time an alt has noticed
PS Lets not get onto the BYDI/MC/Eyeshadow thing again please.

The amount of offers we get per week is staggering TBH. The thing is that we generally take on larger "alliance scale" jobs and that prevents us from acting on smaller contracts. However any MC corp is free to leave the IGA to do so at any time and return when they wish.

How times change
When the MC was formed as an IGA, it was due to the effectivnes or the in game mechanics to declare war on alliance's. It was and always has been the case that we are not a 'normal' alliance but a coalition (the clue is in the name).
Although on the box I bought it told me I could be a mercanary, there were and still are no real in game mechanics to manage this, however it is possible this will change with Kali and the contracts system, we will see
