Get +2.0 Faction Standing in "CONCORD Assembly."
Find agent that accepts clients on dock. Dock at station.

I been doing Concord agent missions, not sure if I'm wasting my time but I want to do something different than everyone else is doing.
There is a concord agent in Kihtaled - Moon 17 - CONCORD Bureau.
Oh yea, my sec rating is 3.1 (Im on lvl 2 concord agent now)

The other station is the one that does not orbit a moon. The agent at the station is awesome quality.
I got my +2 faction with Concord doing missions for my Gallante agents initially then bribing the ones that except bribes when I got bored of missions.
Edit: I am doing Concord missions to get my Jove faction to 2.0, then I will go find all the level 1 X-Sense and Impro agents that except clients on dock.

Send me an Eve mail I have one in Lonetrek that accepts on dock just don't have access at the moment belive the system name starts with "vell" do a search for it if you don't find it contact me in game.
