This character is up for auction. She does need some loving care skill wise depending on what you want to do with her. She currently has one Lvl 3 RnD agent with 13370 rp's in Minnie spaceship Engineering, but with a skill purchase and a little bit of mission whoring she could have multiple agents (Research already at Lvl V.)

Auction End: 1500 Eve time 27th July.
Sec status is 0.9. Char has no assets apart from a Gallente shuttle. Thats pretty much all I can think of adding, any other question's please feel free to ask on this thread.

I can see you state isk only for a buyout offer but would you be willing to take an isk/assets trade if the assets were only a small part of the offer?
