Your second skills link is broken. The image has "errors" according to imageshack. Looking at the attributes i presume you havent trained much in learning?

the auction has already been bought out, its against the rules of auctions and the seller could risk a ban if he does not sell it to the person who has bought it out.

Actually the character hasnt been bought out as Sevnn stipulated he would only buy the char with no negative standings - unfortunately the character does not meet his requirements - Mirra Gertz has made an unconditional offer and wins the auction

Evilchair, for your information there is no rule about what you just stated. If I don't like you I do not have to sell you anything. If we are enemies in game and you offer 10 billion I can decline any bid. Nothing under the sticky says you MUST SELL IF OFFERED buyout. All it says is Buyout is an optional subject you can use in your sell.
Edit: Oh nevermind I see now 1.5 :) I thought it was 500 mil bid.

This character has positive standings with a security rating of 0.7. Please do not consider a few pirate faction standings of -1 (ish) to consider my buyout offer to be invalid. I have intent to purchase this character based on the buyout offer and buyout offer acceptance as I posted it.

It would be really cheap and shady to back out of a buyout because of negative pirate standings. Almost everyone with a good sec status has those and that was not the intent of the buyer at all. You'd do right by honoring the original buyout offer.

It would be nice if they actually banned someone for renegotiating on an auction.

Booster, are you going to respond to this thread and/or my evemails? This auction should be awarded to me. I posted first buyout and my contingency was not an factor since the character has a 0.7 security status. When you first responded to my post you made no mention of canceling my buyout offer. It was not until you received a higher offer that you "invalidated" my acceptance offer.
Mirra, you should not have offered to buy a character that had already been bought out except in the contingency that my offer did not go through.
