Just for fun, I went through the forum archives one day on a Cap Recharger II bpo search, since there have always been so many allegations that various people have them.
Here's a list:
1. Storm Kintaro
2. Celticjim
3. The Don
4. AlCapone
(Presumably the same person with just one bpo)
5. Sofitia Mourtos
6. Arlequinn
7. Alexei Brass
listed as sources on this thread.
8. Oberon Inc
9. A lot of people say LightDarkness has one, however I don't know whether this is true and openly acknowledged.
10. A lot of people also said that Xanadu had one, and this thread hinted it... However another thread I sadly didn't save the URL to by Xanadu said words to the effect of 'Sorry, Cap Recharger IIs are no longer available, our BPC source dried up'
Posting this totally justifies the many hours I spent surfing through the market forum archives seeing what all went on before I started playing Eve. Also bear in mind that some of those names above might have just been resellers, too.
Be nice to mods, don't waste their time by bumping the linked threads and getting them locked.
