No confirmation email here, but I was charged as soon as I ordered the cards. It seems as if that wasn't too common. Anyone else charged as soon as they ordered?

Kiera I was charged about a week or two after my pre-order. I'm not too worried even though status shows blank. I assume I'll be recieving a tracking # this week.

I hope they respond to my email about changing my shipping address to my work place!
I live in the UK and I have asked them to mark the box the game arrives in as 'Printed Matter' and as 'Childs toys'. Reason? Because childs toys do not incur VAT, and card games are classed as toys, I know because I buy loads of card games from the USA and never pay any VAT on them.

Indeed, orders have shipped. Unfortunate timing between the CCP staff vacation block and a web issue prevented return contact from the Store Manager as well as notifications of orders received, order status, etc.
The store manager came back during her vacation to help out with the orders and answer e-mail. If you have sent an e-mail to [email protected] in regards to a pre-order you placed, you should get a response. Duplicate orders will be contacted before shipping to verify intention.

In EVE-Store my order doesn't show up as "shipped" but I'll have to trust you.

I didn't get an e-mail to confirm my order, but it's showing "shipped" now, so I'm a happy bunny!

Kieron, I sent two emails after I placed the order asking for the cards to be sent to my work address and not my home address as there is no one there during the day time. Never got a reply to either email. How can I confirm the cards will be dispatched to my work address please?

Soo... how do I know my order was even recieved?
Didnt get a confirmation when I placed the order and nothing shows up under Order Tracking, mailed the store but I havent gotten a reply yet.
Right amount of cash has been transfered from my account and that is probably my only sign of the order been recieved.
I guess I've been pirated by CCP

I know this will probably get me flamed, but:
Could somebody please tell me how you know if your order is shipped? I assume that the status gets changed to "shipped" or "sent", but I am not sure as my order does not have any status at all.

It's supposed to be changed to 'shipped'.
Mine's not, however, although I've been charged. Getting a response regarding anything shop related continues to be like trying to get blood from a stone, unfortunately; I've been trying for two weeks :S

No need to look at the tracking. Normal snail mail just got this to me as we speak.
