Greetings all.
I have released v1.5 of the map today, which is available at Kal's EVE Wallpaper MAP v1.5
Changes:
1. SPC (Syndicate-Placid Commonwealth) put back for the moment and marked 'Former'
2. All Political boundary graphics updated.
3. Added Political 'Protectorate' areas which are considered claimed but not controlled
4. Added CLAIMED and UNCLAIMED tags to all political faction areas. CLAIMED is a closed border policy and UNCLAIMED is an open yet policing policy.
5. Updated High Threat markers
6. Revamped a lot of graphics.
7. All Prime Fiction 'Faction' names now printed in Underlines.

wot happened to the lovely red lines circling specific areas? Looked better then just highlighting the area I think...

Might want to add in Aunenen and Jan in lonetrek - the former by sinister/moo and the later by biomass cartel (NPA), both regular camps with v high threats to traffic.
Map keeps getting better.
Are you keeping a version history with dates as it would be a supreme historical record of shifting factions and alliances.

You thought of putting some text as a key to specify the names of the claimed regions for each alliance?

How about using restricted/unrestricted instead of claimed/unclaimed? Or maybe even a combination...
Furthermore, i agree with s0cks, pretty please give us the lines back :-)

Very kewl Map...
How about noting if an area is currently disputed. Like the Curse Alliance of Pirates Claims Curse but their claim is currently disputed by the Curse Coalition, Stain and Fountain Alliances.
Claiming something and being able to back-up that claim are two different things.
