When I train, say, Missile Bombardment up a level, I can put a launcher on my ship and load it up with missiles, then check stats to actually see the improvement. Is there a way to do this with drones? I've tried everything I can think of, but when I check, it still shows default stats. Is there a way to either check the improvement, or a listing of how formulas are applied for drone skills? I don't mind calculations, but some stuff I'm not sure how it's applied, or what base attributes are (for instance, do all drones start out with 0m control range, or does it vary between light / medium / heavy?) Any help?

There isn't realy a way to find the numbers without calculation. And the standard range on drones without skills is 20km for all drones, so once you have scout drone operation level 1 it is 25km 
Also don't be mistaken, the scout drone operation skills also gives extra range to the heavy drones. So a good thing is to bring that up to 4 instantly. Meaning a range of 40km without any bonusses of ships/modules.

I always do the calculations manually, so here goes the math.
Hammerhead II's:
ROF: 2.0 sec
Dam Multiplyer: 1.92
Dam: 12 (Thermal)
Cmbt Drones 4: 20% dam
Drones 5: 5 drones
Drone Inerfacing 4: 80% dam
Drone Spec 4: 8% dam
Scout Drones 5: +25km range (45km max range)
12(base)*1.92(muliplier)*1.2(cmbt drones)*1.8(drone int)*1.08(drone spec)= 53.75 / 2 sec (*5 for 5 drones)

60km max drone control(!) range without modules and ship bonus is correct.
The devs know that the drone info doesn't update with anything. I hope that's going to be fixed in the next couple of months.
