I love the new rules avout alt's
about time is all I can say.
However I'm confused about anotehr of the rules

I think a mod got lost on the way to the Summit forum and tripped over a few threads here on the way?

I know a couple of my posts got pwned for OOC refs, but as to why I have no idea. Seleene probably has it right - a mod forgot which forum section he was in

Or maybe the mod had a crusade against Chuck Norris. Every time the mod ripped out sections of posts, it was because the poster had made a Chuck Norris joke.
Moderators don't moderate Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris moderates them!

In character (IC) means in a Roleplay (RP) sense, Out of Character (OOC) means are you are not roleplaying your character and are talking about things and life as you usualy would.
for instance:
RP:
Player1: So mate, how well do you fly that frigate of yours, you look pretty good in it.
Player2: Yeah, I love that little bugger, she's treated me well, but if I'd have to rate myself outa 5, I'd give myself a 4... hey notbodys perfect right?
OOC:
Player1: What skill lvl you have for frigate?
Player2: IV
I realise most ppl knew what I was talking about, I just thought I would make it easy for the people that didn't.

Correct.
This rule also has not changed recently, just the rules thread received some polish.
