no self-respecting CODE pilot cares about sec status. a -10 can fly a talos around high sec with an i-stab or 2. I'm in CODE so If you ever want to join the dark side and gank an innocent carebear in a freighter, let me know. It's worth doing once just to try everything EVE has to offer 
Also, ganking empty freighters keeps us from getting bored, bored gankers leave fleet, and you cant gank the 8 bil freighter coming down the pipe if no one is in fleet.
We scoop enough loot to turn a good profit over time. Freighter ganking is what keeps us in the catalysts we need to blow up bot-aspirant miners

Hmm the Isis of eve. They Think they are getting rid of isk and making their kb look good, but the isk just moves from one hand to another and not out of the game, and the kb has been called garbage by many pvp types as I fly around the galaxy.
