Ok these kind of ofers have been coming in way to often for me to ignore, why? because the rewards.
An agent asks me if i can get him some crash and hell give me more than 3.000.000 isk wow
Now i now that being able to get him the narcotics would mean jumping around in 0.4(or lower places) and most likely getting pod killed, but im willing to take this risk.
The main probelm is that the Narcotics are not available anywhere, where can they be found? Is this a bug?.

What are the type and ammount of narcotics in question?

The narcotics usually asked are
Crash, Blue Pill and Frentix the amount is normally 50 to 100 units
The thing is that none of these are available in the game, the only available narcotic is the Vitoc, the rest just dont exist since there are no selling offers for them

There are multiple ways of getting narcotics.
First in mission loot.
There are also Specific places where you can warp to (drug outposts or something like that) Often you can only go there with a frigate and do expect heavy resistance. You have to destroy a lot of stuf to get some drugs.

some questions
1-By mission loot you mean the containers left by ships you destroy right?
2-Where are these drug outpost, ive never seen them.
3-What about the custom agents, they sell stuff too or are they just there to scan ur ship for illegal goods?

right , the customs agents by the warp in gates, that " arrest" ya
on each drug theres a tab that states the legality and penalties.
sometimes you cAN transport certain things that are illegal to places .. example would be slaves. they are bad in some regions, not bad in others.

I was just about to make a post asking the same question, when I saw this thread.
I am a low level character, only been playing a month, and I have no business running trade routes. I'm focusing on combat, but the money is very tempting on these drug offers.
My question is, could I make an escrow offer to buy these drugs? How would I do that? I have never used escrow and if what I'm asking is impossible, I'd like to know before I try it.
Do I have to purchase the drugs myself and then generate a courier offer, or is it possible to have some other player do all the work for me and deliver it, at a higher price than the courier-only offer of course. Before anyone answers it is also worth noting that I have pretty much no trade-specific skills trained.
Sorry for the newb questions, and thanks in advance for any answers.

Narcotics are available as rewards for doing missions for pirate agents in 0.0. They can also be found in some complexes.
