During the last Fanfest stream, I heard someone mention in passing a rebalance of Recon ships might be in the works, and at one point the Pilgrim was specifically mentioned.
Anyone recall what exactly was said, and was there a timeframe for it?
Either the rules apply to everyone, or they don't justly apply to anyone.

I agree with the OP, Recons need to be updated.
Hopefully the rebalance to Recons is a buff and not the usual nerf that CCP loves to do.
Another high slot / Turret hardpoint on the Rapier would be good.

I also recall the Pilgrim being mentioned, and as a result I bought like fifteen of them...
But hopefully each and every one of them gets between an 8-10k tank increase, they are fine ships in principle if they weren't made of tissue paper.

For solo use that would be fine as you need to sacrifice lows for drone damage mods, but might be a bit OP for fleet use

Price of T3s are already so low that its easy for an entire alliance to outfit their line members with them. And they still need a huge EHP nerf. Cruisers with 2-300k EHP is utterly insane and beyond unbalanced. As is the sheer number of bonuses they get.
Recons are in a sorry state due to recent rebalances that have reduced their effectiveness. Force recons are always useful because covert cloak. But the Falcon and Pilgrim are pretty much pointless now because of crap range. Arazu and Rapier are of course still viable because their EWAR is webs and warp disruption/scram.
Combat recons are relic of the past. They almost never get used any more because their combat effectiveness is so bad. Literally no point in bringing one because they just die. At least the Curse can neut someone out at range. But if the Pilgrim gets a neut range bonus, it will completely deprecate the Curse.
Oh, yes. Did I forget to mention that with T3s you get everything a recon can do with about 10x the tank at only a modest increase in cost?
