Well, we have the ugliest ship in EVE thread... so here's the counter thread.
I'll start this off with my Top-10 list.

Megathron, especially the Navy/Federate ones
Thorax and it's faction version
Scorpion and Rattlesnake (Yeah, I said it, it's not asthetically pleasing, but it's scary, kind of like an AK47)
Executioner and both of the Amarr interceptors, although I like the Malediction more
Armageddon
Stabber, haven't seen a vagabond or republic fleet one yet.

Those arn't really in any particular order other than the crusader, I think that ship looks damn sexy 
I also tend to like ships that look like how ships look in the movies like the phoenix, the geddon or the typhoon.
