This character has multi skills and is perfect for someone wanting to be self sufficient. He has good refing, good mining, production 5 so no waste, science skills, and plenty of firepower. Having advanced weapon upgrades 4 makes fitting those ships a lot easier too.
I have used him as a second account, so his agent standing arent that high, but he has connections 4, so it wont take long. He can use caldari and amaar agents, mostly lvl 2's, but quite a lot of 3's as well. He hasn't got a research agent, but the skill base is there.
Character has +3 implants in willpower, perception, memory and intelligence :- these implants DO NOT show on the attributes screenshots, so you can add 3 to those catagories.

Increments : 25 mil+
Reserve : Reserved (and yes I do say when reached, as in all my auctions)
