I'm looking for info, whether it's mere speculation or hard facts, on the largest of the sealed cluster of regions to the right of the map. Anything you about the area, or ways to get in would greatly help, thank you.

Or its the new regions opening up in Kali One in september. Depends on what area you mean.

There are 3 regions, from left to right:
Jove Space,
The smaller of the two unkown sectors (With the GM outpost next to it, Polaris),
The larger of the two which I am interested in.

Jove space and ISD Land will remain off limits.
They are opening up 8 new regions next to jove space:)

I don't really see the point of having Jove Space there if no one is allowed in to it. (Unless it's another area for the GMs)

Jove Space is part of the EVE story line and I am sure one day it will be opean when the Jove come to conqure all.

IIRC they run the alliance tournament in Polaris space.
I would guess thats also where the bughunters try to recreate bugs in the current code.

Back in the early part of the game you could setup a clone out in Jove space and kill yourself to get out there but CCP quickly fixed that oversight.

The third section, the largest one, contains 8 new regions that will be opening up in September to colonization. Unlike the previous 0.0 regions, these will have no conquerable stations or even stations of any kind. Anyone who wants to colonize them will have to build the infrastructure themselves (i.e. POS, outposts).
