Well, I'm kinda bored, so I think I'll go ahead and spam my pirate scorp setup
Highs:
x4 cruiser launchers (best you can use/afford, and remember to keep plenty of each damage type)
x2 med nosf T2
Meds:
100MWD
cap booster (800 charges, and try to keep about 8 spare in your cargo)
2x Sensor booster (T2 or F-90)
2x 20X warp disruptor (faction if you can affort it plus they help when you chaise people through gates)
2x Hypnos or T2 Multi (always carry racials with you though)
Lows:
Large Armor Rep T2
Exp hardener
Therm hardener
1600 plate (rolled tung if you can)
Drones:
I like to stick with 7 hammerheads/valks and 1 ransom lt drone.
well, there it is. It has enough dps to gank cruisers and BC at gates/stations and enough tank to keep you alive long enough to get the job done. Not really enough DPS to take on a BS solo at a belt, however I did manage to ransom a couple megathrons, tempy's, and a geddon with this setup.

It looks to me like you threw a blaster thron kit on a scrop (minus the blasters)... I mean if to works for you, more power to yah... It just seems alittle flawed to me.
Anyone else had any success with something similar?

Never used a Megathron before, so I really wouldn't know, but it seems to work pretty damn well.
