OUR MISSION
To create, market and maintain a truly impartial Corporation which provides services to the entire EVE community, regardless of race, sex, Corporate / Empirical affiliations or even security levels. Allowing those who enjoy a more sophisticated role playing approach to their online games to come together.
OUR BACKGROUND
Four years ago, Hadean Drive Yards was brought into being by former members of another EVE Corporation called "Endless Corporation". This was back during the pre-release days of EVE Online. Four years later, we are still here and still going strong despite many external factors.
The founding members who gave birth to HDY have fifteen years of military experience between them as well as mutual employment within the law enforcement industry. This militaristic mentality has been tamed and brought to bear resulting in the Hadean Drive Yards and its current organizational structure. Basically a Capitalist organization with a military mindset.
We have all played other MMPORG games with similar principles to EVE and a few of us have also contributed to those games in the form of Councilors, Guides, Alpha/Beta testers and numerous other developmental and administrative tasks. All of this has been volunteer work and all in the name of role play, fun, fantasy and fiction. Some of us have even run popular Guilds, Clans and Corporations within these other games.

STRUCTURE - YOU GET TO CHOOSE HOW TO PLAY
Hadean Drive Yards is divided into two seperate Divisions. Both these divisions play an important role in the everyday operations of the Corporation and each contains its own unique responsibilities and member requirements.
LOGISTICS - This is where all of our mining, transport, research, development and production is done. These players are skilled in all things industrial and non martial. They are the backbone of the Corporation and are the core reason that HDY exists today.
MILITARY - These individuals are more inclined to the combat aspects of EVE such as NPC rat hunting, agent running, protection from player accostments, combat air patrol for mining operations and generalized security for the Corporation.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Hadean Drive Yards was founded on two simple principles which are well at work in the real world today. Capitalism and Discipline. The first is the core instinct which drives individuals to succeed in any business venture, the latter is the fundamental basis for any and every military organization found in the world today. By putting these two important ideals together we believe we have created an excellent opportunity for the community of EVE to enjoy an environment where they may role play characters mirroring real world attitudes and protocols in addition to providing fun and entertainment for both the employees of Hadean Drive Yards as well as our cliental.
The name "Hadean" actually comes from a specialized unit within a guild called the Warriors of Hades. This guild was actually a group of online friends who played the game of NeverWinterNights on AOL many years ago. It has since branched off and followed the original Unit Commander throughout the last seven years and over the course of many different gaming applications. Hadean has seen action in NeverWinterNights, Ultima Online, Asheron's Call, Meridian59, Illusia, Quake2 and Quake3 as well as Diablo.
As with any Corporation, be it real or imagined, we are in the business of making money. However, we have not lost sight of the really important issues. Those being of fun, fantasy, achievement and entertainment! This is, after all, why we are all here is it not? Without fun and enjoyment there is no real point in slaving the hours away at a game.
We value our employees and clients equally as without either the game would really hold no meaning or entertainment. Our employees are not just a number, they are as important as the minerals they mine, or the blueprints they research or the battles they win and we encourage this with employee incentive programs such as weekly production rewards and/or profit sharing. We are all about motivation, expression and creative thinking yet remain steadfast to the structure, organization and discipline of the modern day military.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER
Hadean Drive Yards has two distinctive play styles incorporated into its daily operations. We cater to both the Socialist style player (where a player measures their personal success in EVE along with the growth of the team they are apart of) as well as the Capitalist style player (one whose goal is to amass insane sums of money and rare items).
We offer a relaxed and friendly team styled environvment for players to enjoy their EVE experience
We offer a large and extensive knowledge base from veteren players, some having been here since before beta
We offer a rich and colorful history dating back to the pre-release days of EVE Online. Few Corporations today can claim this.
We offer many handy tools and applications to help our pilots grow, evolve and enjoy, regardless of their play style
We offer a play environement in each of the four major empire regions with Corporate offices in each
We offer access to almost all (and soon to be all) the T1 blueprints and many new sources of T2 equipment
Most of all we offer fun, enjoyment and a relaxed style of play with mature players of like mind. We are not the PvP hungry juggernauts of the EVE political arenas, we are not an alliance fanboi, we are not an aimless Corporation seeking purpose and direction.

Your best idea is to check out the website < www.hadean.org > but yes there is a minimum age of 60 Days on your char.

Actually, the 60 day requirement has been waived.
HDY has opened its doors to everyone in good standing within the EVE community be it 6 days or 60. We are a noob and veteran friendly Corporation with a great past and a bright future.
In order to stay current with the times and to open our play styles to the anyone who is interested many changes have been made since any previous recruiting drive.

Well, I'd at least like to invite you to check out what Hadean Drive Yards is all about. Check out our forums and read some of the information posted on our website then you can make an informed decision on whether you would like to join and outfit like ours.
In regards to making serious money, that IS possible to do within HDY in the Agent Relations department. This is our new Capitalist showcase that allows members to keep their earnings. What you make is what you make.
We still have our Socialist style that HDY has been known for in the past.

What Bravium means is that we have received a high caliber influx of applications and are sorting through them as best we can.
The ideals that make up Hadean Drive Yards are for a very select few however these types of people seem to run rampant in EVE due to the higher than average learning curve for successful extended gameplay.
So, if you think you're a cut above, think you've got the economic aspects of the game nailed down or just want a friendly and fun place to play with like minded people, chec us out.
