Hey there, im quite new to the game and have heard that many peeps
making money or isk with bounty pod killing. Ive flown missions ( LvL 1 - 3 )
in my thorax for 3.5 month now, and it is boring, i decided to have more
action than shooting npc's. So i asked in the help channel for ways to make
money. They said :
- 0.0 ratting --> I will be ganked cause i cant fly anything bigger than a cruiser now,
- Missions --> look above 
- Trading --> Booooring
- Shares Buying/Selling --> What are shares?! I bet its boring too.
- Bounty Hunting --> sounds like fun hunting those -10 guys to get their bounty.
So Boutny Hunting is my way. Now i want to start it, but i havent got a good setup
for my thorax.

I'd suggest forget about bounty hunting as such. First you have to have -5 people solo which is a pain then you have to pod them to get bounty which is unlikely in a cruiser. Instead I'd suggest looking for a non blob 0.0 area and hunting....well anyone you like. Don't worry bout losses insured thoraxes are cheap  And the t2 loots you'll pick up will keep ya in business.
Fitting wise theres lots of good thorax pvp setups in sticky thread above

Bounty hunting in a cruiser solo probably won't work, because you need to get the pod in order to claim the bounty. An interceptor/AF might give you a better chance since it has a lower scan resolution.
TBH it's quite hard to find -10 pilots who will die to a cruiser and fly around without backup nearby. If you're just looking to make money from PvP then give pirating a shot. Ransom and loot will fetch you much more ISK than bounties ever would (unless you get lucky on one of those 1B+ elite PvP'rs  ).
The Thorax excels at piratey stuff. Have a look at the ship setups sticky for suggestions.

you can do 0.0 ratting, i know a guy that does
5x med electrons
mwd, 2x whatever
MAR II, 3x good dmg mods, 400mm plate
