I have here a starter char of sorts, with 38 out of 41 skills at lvl 5. It was a char that i never really had a plan for, and now its time to let him go. He basically never left the station, but is slightly disliked by the serpentis. Security status 0.0. He is the CEO and only member of his own corp, the only one he has ever been in. He has a sensible 1 word name, containing only letters, which will be revealed to the winner of the auction.

He comes with +3 implants for Perception and Willpower, giving final attributes:
Intelligence 20
Perception 20
Charisma 6
Willpower 22
Memory 23
Notable skills: 4.5m Learning, Cruiser V, Industrial V, Frigate(s) V, etc.
He comes with roughly 2mil Isk, a snowball launcher w/ snowballs, and a shuttle!

You may want to consider lowering your reserve, or forgetting the auction and training him for a few more months.
I never thought a 16 mil sp character existed that was completely useless. This is an exciting day for me.
Seriously though, I've seen 4 mil characters that could do much more in this game than this unfocused 16 mil char. Therefore anyone purchasing him would need to commit lots of time to training him right before he could be of any use.
