I have tried for 2 weeks now to get on the test server and all I have got was server time message.
I have all the new patches and the new client+DX thing.
I know that this ha been posted to death and I really do not want to nag you all about it.

ok, i think connecting with windows2k is a known issue. it's being looked into

I am getting the same error, but i have windows xp pro. The Server always says i have no internet connection, or the server is starting up or the server is offline. But i can see the server online and they are slots free.

I'm running xp pro and I'm getting the same problem. Shark, any hints as to what's going on?

same thing here. unable to connect. reason: unknown.
newest cleient (full dl) + winxp
with my normally client i can see the ppl on testserver. with the test client - not...:(
whats wrong?

Guys the server is offline. The test server is running on 4552 and in case you havent looked lately we're all running on 4551. The Devs havent completed building the downloadable 4552 version yet. They're working on it now so just wait a few days.

Actually, no. It's on the test patches page, been there since yesterday... Oh, and the server is up.

yea we all have the right version, and if the server is offline they stays Checking STatus, and after a few minutes unable connect to 9.33.933 bla bla.
and even with the old patch you still can see the ppl that are on the server atm.
