I dunno what ship to choose for level 3 missions. I can fly Jaguar, Wolf and Cyclone. I can use t2 repairers/boosters and t2 small guns. I work on Thukker Mix agent, most enemies are Mordu, mercenaries, Sansha and some Gallente. Can any1 please gimme some advice on which of the ships to choose? I can afford only one of them  .

I've heard of people doing lvl 3s fine in all of thos ships, if you have lowish skills i would go for the BC. Flying AFs in lvl3s is a bit more tricky so BC is the safer option. Also again if you have low skills you may have trouble outputting enough DPS from the AFs.
Thats my general opinion, I dont have minny experience, so i'm speaking in general.

Personally I find level 3s easier with a Cyclone. Missions with Jaguar/Wolf take longer time because of the lower damage output (with T1 ammo, haven't tried advanced T2 ammo yet). Some enemies are easy to tank with the assault ships if they do the damage type the ships have the improved resistances against (EM, thermal) but some are not (Angels with their high explo damage). In my opinion the Cyclone is the better all-purpose mission ship.

Battle cruiser is a good choice , so are HACS, when you train them up. If you can afford one get a gisti sm booster.It is a great part of a tank.

I'm doing lots and lots of lvl 3 missions and by far the easiest way of doing them is
imho in a Ferox bc with a passive shield tank setup aka 3 large shield extenders, 2 ivul. fields t2, 3 pds t2 and 2 bcs t2 and not to forget the 5 heavy missle launchers ;)
The ship and gear is not very expensive, at least compared to a bs or even worse a hac + gistii sb :P
Maybe it helps, but most likely due to your skilling (Minmatar) not ;)
