Anyone have any helpful tips on the skills (after the skills you are required to fly it of course) I need and fittings I should use to get the full potential out of this ship?

It's not a useful ship for PvE.
You need to fit an incredible tank on it, and also 2 ECCM.
Try that and you have no cap to use for the reppers/energy transfer.

Sorry about that I sould of been clearer on first post. I was actually looking for it to help out in missions with corp members and such.

Oh, for that it's godly.
Energy transferring to a raven really really helps them tank. Any level 4 mission is a breeze once you're used to it.
Armour transferring is nice too, but not with an Augoror. With armour transferring your target doesn't need (and shouldn't have) an armour repper, that way they can have better resists. They can also devote more slots to damage since they don't need to worry about cap.

If you're doing it purely non-combat, all you need is energy emission systems and remote armor repair. You'll obviously want stuff to fit it and cap skills to run the remote stuff, but that's it.
One of the more interesting features of the guardian is that its energy transfer arrays generate cap from nothing. With max skills (logistics 5, energy emission 5), you get 5 cap out for every one you put in. If you can sacrifice a high slot on a BC or BS, you can stick a large energy transfer array on that ship and basically have infinite cap. Guardian pushes power to the reflector ship, reflector transfers enough back to power all the other arrays (couple hundred cap transferred/sec) as well as a pair of reppers if you're so inclined.
