I've know how it's looked liek for quiet awhile and I must say I'm pretty disapointed as the rest of gallente ships are so sexy, it appears the further eve goes on the more the newr ships look like logs with infected bubblues (I thin ksome of the ships are cool) however I prefer the sleak looknig thorax, or the megathron.
Here is a link to the "redisigned" version of it. Does anyone by any chance have the pictures of the design before this?
Anyway I was wondering how do other gallente lovers look at this ship? Blaster boat and all, is it pretty or is it horrible?

hmm well its really difficult to tell from the view given here what its actually going to look like ingame ... /me wanders wether the bit in the middle is a ring all the way round the ship, how wide it is and wether its symetrical or not.
Either way im saying that its going to look like a blob - probably not too dissimilar to a moros - in which case its going to be one ugly ship - tho it would be close to imposible to make another ships as ugly as the domi we allready got hehe.

A lot of the new designs in my mind are starting to look similar, namely the capital ships and these new BSs. Many employ the "blister" design it sounds like you were talking about, and seem to lack large areas of smooth surfaces, instead going for an antennae-laden surface area.

I think it's horrible... but I've said that a million times now.
It doesn't look close to any other Blasterbat out there. It doesn't even look speedy in any way. More like a big whale with a tumor in the middle...

PS: While I don't have the original pics of it, I do seem to recall the central ring was a LOT wider, so this is a bit of an attempt to slim it down some.

I thin kthe middle bit is gonig to be a circular ring, however this does make sense as its gonig to have mwd bonus and fast. And the turruts are also placed corretly, all at one place for err "maximum" damage?

I think it looks rather intresting however I don't know if I am a huge fan of the clover-leaf engine mounts. I also liked the way the ship looked FAR more before it was redesigned. The engine mounts were far beefier and looked more reasonable.

I really like the Gallente Blaster design, front heavy aggressive styling of the Brutix and Megathron. This ship looks a little too passive if you know what I mean. If it was an E-War ship then yeah I like the design, but for an all out blaster boat I think it looks slighty incongerous.
