I asume you mean Tier 3 and not T3 In which case BS 3 would come to mind.

where are the skill listings for the tier 3 bs's?
alot of people are talking about the new ships but i guess i've missed something, thats what i get for going on holiday.

there are no skill listing, however as these ships are not tech2 they would mostlikely follow the trend of other t1 ships, hence ppl have deduced the bs3 and spaceship comm 4

Picked up level 5 a while back when having some lack of money time. =) Got Command at 4, probably 5 as well before these things are actually released.

Nothing, but have these people missed how the tiers are decided?
Those which use skill level 1 are tier 1.
Those which use skill level 2 are tier 2.
Those which use skill level 3 are tier 3.
Now, take a look at the list and decide what skill level a tier 3 BS is
