As the topic says, which should i use for PVE ratting in 0.0? (Angels) And got some neat setup?

Tetsu, there's a thread that has a bunch of ship setups, including ones for the Tempest and Typhoon. Go here. It's also found as the last sticky thread in the main Ships and Modules section. Hopefully you'll get folks to post a few new ones in this thread too. I haven't exerience with either ship, so I cannot offer advice as to which one to take.
As for Limbonic, you fail at multiple choice. He asked for Typhoon or Tempest. Both have seven letters, beginning with the letter T. Raven... five letters, beginning with the letter R.
Honestly, if you're not going to offer advice or constructive critism, why bother replying?

Its really up to you. I cant say none of them is better for the job, its just that they have different was of doing it.
And, yeah by the way. Both ships are best with a Armour tank. Angel rats do mostly Exploisive damage. The normal armour exp resist for both the Typhoon and Tempest is 10%

I prefer the Typhoon tbh, not a HUGE difference in stats, BONUSES yes but shield/armour/cap etc. are very similar.
the 'phoon has a MUCH larger dronebay, will take 5x Heavy and 5x Med drones, making cruisers MUCH less of a pest ^^
the split fitting is a little inconvenient but I find that 4x Dual 425mm and 4x Cruise launchers make mincemeat of most any 0.0 rat.
I use an AB and a painter in mid, but it's conceivable to use a MWD instead.
and a 'basic' armour tank in low.

I would use Tempest with shield tank (2x hard. expl/kin)
Large shield booster, AB or MWD, webber
with AC dual650mm+NOS/cruise
at lows: 3xgyro 3x PDU
shields got better anti-Angel base resists

uff monster boards got even my post :(
against angels in belt i think both ships can work well... i'd say an armor tanked phoon or a shield tanked tempest...
(if you are going to armor tank then the phoon)
for basically every other pve situation then the phoon

I think it all depends on your skills really. Both work well but I find the tempest really exceeds the typhoon once you get bs to 4+. If you have good drone skills the 'phoon really shines though.
For ratting in a phoon...
Hi: 4x d650mm, 4x Siege
Med:4x Cap Recharger
Low:1x LAR, 4x Hardener (Rat Specific), 1-2x CPR, 0-1x Gyro/BCU
For ratting in a 'pest...
Hi: 6x 800mm, 2x Siege
Med: 5x Cap Recharger
Low: 1x LAR, 4x Hardener (Rat Specific), 0-1x CPR, 0-1x Gyro
The choice between cpr and gyro really only comes in if you need it to sustain the tank. But either will be sustainable regardless of how ****ty your cap skills are (trust me, mine suck and I can run either into eternity).
