He's asking if a char with 5mil SP can use a raven to run lvl 4 missions.
You probably can, but not very easily.

If you're tanking gear is t2 and includes t2 PDS's, a t2 xlarge booster and an amp, your tank should be ok.
If you can then fit 6 seiges on top of that, then again, you should be ok for damage (since you might need to dock, fit seiges and go back with torps to take out the tougher bs's).
If you can use 5 drones at once and fit some small guns in addition to the launchers, then you should be ok for dealing with smaller ships.
If you can do all of the above, then you should be ok for the easier level 4 mission at least.
My missile skills are NOWHERE near as good as my gunnery skills (followed the merlin-> moa-> ferox progression so my logical bs of choice will be the Rokh when it appears :P) yet I have few problems with level 4's in general. Only problems I have atm are getting jammed by the sodding Guristas and trying to kill the HAC's since I don't yet have access to t2 cruises (20 days to go...)
Having millions of sp's isn't the issue, it's having the RIGHT number in the RIGHT skills.

You can run Lvl 4 missions in a Raven with 5M skill
points. Just be prepared to use 5 or 6 of them :-).
Doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

One of my buddies has about 6ml skill points and is running lvl IV's with a raven. He turns down some of the harder missions, but does pretty well in all the rest. Please note that he uses Gisti boosters and a bunch of other very expensive mods. I'd just have fun in a BC and run lvl III's until you get your skills up.

Its no problem, just use a cap injector and train up for Ballistic Control Unit II so you do enough damage to take them down.
I remember trying without damage mods in the beginning, and needless to say, couldnt break the tank of any of the battleships.

I think you guys are being WAY too conservative. I know corpmates who started running level 4s in ravens at 2.5 million SPs and they did just fine. They couldn't solo the hardest ones like worlds collide, but they could solo 90% of them.

I have T2 hardeners, Gist-B XLSB, Gist-B SBAmp, Cruise missiles 4 and Torps to 2, every other "general missile skills" up to 3. ( 500k SP Missiles or so )
I do every single lvl 4 missions easy, even "Worlds Collide" ( when you know actually HOW to do it in less than 5 minutes though ). The only one I throw away is "Silence the Informant" coz the agent always propose that one 3 systems away :x
Actually the ONLY one rat I cannot kill alone is Taon Pay in "Vengeance", but that's normal though... even better skilled pilots have trouble killling that one. He kionda has hell of a tank :/

You need to have T2 tanking gear. If you have money to throw around you can use faction, but it is easily doable with only T2.
You don't need to have T2 weaponry (can even stick with cruises if you want, although one or two siege will really help with the BSs).
