Ok, let's go down the list.
- DOT Weapon "like acid bombs". Go back to WoW
-EMP missile launcher. A) All missile launchers can fire EMP missiles, B) See NOS.
-"uber one shot destroys anything missile". See.... Doomsday devices, seriously I think I'm missing the joke here right?

The WoW comment was pretty ignorant, as there have been damage over time spells and abilities in almost every single MMO ever released.

Diablo and Diablo 2 had DOT poison. 
How about a chemical that breaks down armor plating at a certain rate?

P.S btw unless I'm mistaken (which wouldn't be a first) it's oxygen that causes what we call rust.

Hey, in rust we trust! 
Drones aren't a DoT in the sense that they keep going after your ship blows up. EVE doesn't have a DoT that keeps going. But frankly, DoTs are annoying, I'm glad we don't have any.

Drones are active DOT. The OP is looking for a passive DOT weapon.

As was noted in the pvp tournament, if you stay on grid in your pod, your drones will continue doing whatever they were doing. This is rarely relevant on TQ because everyone is panicing and hitting the warpout button to save their pod, or is immediately podded.
