I was wondering if some one could tell me the formula for calculating the fuel cost for bridging a ship using the covert portal or at least give me the iso amount for 1millkg/ly with jump fuel cons at V and at IV.

Afaik, the formula is:
Mass +ù Portal Consumption Mass Factor +ù Base Cost +ù Skill Mod +ù Distance.
For Covert portals, the PCMF is 0.000000135 (compared with 0.000000001 for regular portals).
For Blops, the base cost if 300 (1000 for a titan)
The skill mod is (1 - 0.1 +ù JFC level).
The distance isGǪ wellGǪ the distance (in ly).

maybe i didn't under stand it right but after plugging in the numbers to that i got .000052488 for a manticor |

1,466,000 kg +ù 0.000000135 +ù 300 +ù 0.5 = 29.7 units/ly at JFC V (if the formula is correct).

While I support you exercising your math skills, you also might want to check out Dotlan's Navigation page which calculates both jump ranges as well as fuel consumption for the trip. |

TY i must have typed it in wrong first time around where do you get the base cost from i had thought it was the jump requirement it had listed in its stats but i guess not |

The base cost is the same as jumping the ship you're bridging from: 300 for blops, 1000 for titans.
