So I got into Eve way back when it first started and left after a few months because all my friends would not play. I came back for a vary short time when red moon was released because I conned my friends into give the 14 day thing a try but that died and I left. So after a long time I turn around and come back. Figure if my friends don't want to play Eve then they just don't get it.
So I log in and sure enough my toon (that has a total play time of maybe 2 months) is still there. Was not total surprised after all it was there when I came back when the RMR update happened. But I'm looking at my stats and stuff and I notice.... Wow I'm still in the noobie corp. I must have the record for the longest employed by the Amarr Noobie corp. I got like 3 years employment with them.
Anyways I thought it was funny figured I would share. It's funny being effectively the oldest noob. :)

You should have a hard enough time to find employment though as most will see you as some hauler alt.

*******s to your RL friends. Three days into EVE and I joined the best corp I've ever been in on an MMO. You can make friends easy enough on EVE. ;p And bloody hell, three years? Most people would see you as an alt or whatever. what Wendar said.

Yeah I figure I'm doomed now to forever be in the noobie corp. Shurg its that are make a new toon. But I kind of have a lot of skills already trained up and its really hard to let that go. I like my little destoryer and would hate to have to wait to get the skills back up to use it. Shurg oh well. I figure I'll find some people to group with and after some time get into a player corp then this will all just be an on going joke.
There goes Sha the oldest noob around.
But on the upshot it is kind of nice to be the guy in the noob corp channel that can answer most of the real noobs questions.

You'd probably we welcome in my current corp ,I started in this corp as a noob and they helped me out a lot, and still do. We're recruiting good roleplayers at the moment. Stop by channel RKOKPublic if you're interested.

Good to know I might have to look you up. Right now I'm running agent missions while a get used to Eve again.

If you make your character anywhere near correctly, Destroyers take a good 20 minutes to get into ;)

Not sure about 20 minutes... but hey I'm worried about all the other crap I already have skilled up. Personaly I do see a point to throwing away already learned skills. :) Besides I'm not to worried about being seen as an alt or umber noob. The game is still fun even if I stay in the noob corp.
