Thing I always wondered was what deal Roark offered you guys if he offered non-allies 25m ISK per kill...
I'd bet "nada", which leaves a different, but bitter still, taste in the mouth? (mebbe)

I could offer 2 x 75mm Rail guns and some antimatter small. So your Ibis has enough firepower to destroy cans. You could fly around and ask people 'Give me a Scorpion or i destroy your can'
