You have less in your wallet than the insurance paid on out ship loss. If they give your ship back, they will take the insurance payout away, and you will have negative money (a balance below zero). Are you happy to have his, or do you want to wait till you have the ISK to cover it?

This thread might be locked - you're not supposed to post GM communication.
But anyway... Your ship popped. You got the insurance. You spent it. If they reimburse you the ship, they have to take away the insurance. This will leave you with negative ISK in your wallet. They want to know if you want this, or just to skip giving you the ship.

This means that:
When you ship went boom - you got insurance payout.
GMs are ready to return your ship. However, if they return your ship they will take away your insurance payout, this will put you INTO NEGATIBE ISK. Meaning you will have NEGATIVE ISK and will have to bring it up to zero first, before you can buy anything, etc.

Even if you didn't insure the ship each ship comes with default insurance that you will get when the ship goes kablooey.
