As you can see the picture for my avatar isn't showing and it hasn't for the several months I've had this PC. Could someone enlighten me as to how best I might fix this?

Hey bro,
Sometimes you need to wait for an update for the avatar to show here. Allegedly it's done every few weeks but this is a pretty common complaint.

Seems like I won't ever have to see my portrait on the forums. If it's supposed to update each patch then it's broken and CCP doesn't seem that interested in fixing it.

Look on the bright side, once its uploaded its uploaded for good  .
Just be patient, some people get it in a few days, some wait months for it to appear.

It seems all the asian bloodlines take a while to show up, whereas the pre-blood races appear after only a few days.

sorry to disapoint but it can take a month or so if your unlucky, devs said why at some point but TBH its probably just some random thing, it will turn up in time....

LOL always fun finding stuff on the same first page....
anyway, as said above, It can take forever, espically with the newer bloodlines. No idea why. If you seach through the semi-recent dev-blogs you can find It (I read it, was interesting, but Forgot all of how it worked)
Also, check one of the experiment forums or something, I think there was once there you were supposed to post on and it speed up the process...

I think this may be the most asked question here in this forum. I believe this needs a sticky all on its own!!
Or we can start some random rumors such as...
"I heard that you only get an avatar after giving Maya K'Ta'Viir (that's with 2 apostrophes) 1 million ISK. She will get an avatar up for you, straight away!"
