One of the founding corporations of OVERLOAD EVERYTHING is recruiting!
We are open to all time zones, but our US TZ is strongest, followed by our EU team.
A bit of history:
Collapsed Out was initially formed by a splinter segment of The Bastards corporation. Anabaric (Very cool guy), decided that he wanted to take his corp in a different direction, and amicably parted ways with Shadow Cartel. A small portion of The Bastards members decided to stay with Shadow Cartel. We were offered to join an existing Shadow Cartel corporation, but at the time, our options were limited to corps that were either dominated by EU players, or primarily solo PvPers.
Instead, lead by Doomchinchilla, we formed Collapsed Out, with the intent of becoming SCs premier USTZ corporation, which we succeeded at wildly beyond anyone's expectations, and remained a part of Shadow Cartel for the next 8 months.
Our leaving Shadow Cartel was for much the same reason The Bastards left. We were eager to take our group of players in a new direction. Along with The Generic Pirate Corporation and Doughboys, we left Shadow Cartel and formed a new alliance, Overload Everything, with a number of new corporations, lead by Annah Kitheran of Angry Mustellid as our overall alliance executor, joining us.
What we are looking for in recruits:
> Significant PvP experience (You don't need to be a PvP god, and we love to teach, but this is not a training corp.)
> A willingness to take roles of responsibility in fleets. We are not looking for F1 monkeys. We run a tight group, and we want people who are willing to run scout alts, cyno alts, logi, bait, as well as FC.
> Active pilots: We aren't the kind of corp that hell-purges people for taking a break for a month (or even a few months) but at the same time, we do look for pilots that are active at least a few times a week. Most of our pilots are active daily.
What kind of skills you need:
>We prefer recruits with a main who has at least 40 million skill points, however this is not a hard and fast rule, and can be waived for pilots with focused training or multiple alts, or lots of PvP experience.
> Great sub cap skills particularly;
> Racial Cruiser Vs
> Command Ships
> Strategic Cruisers
> Logistics V
> Recon Cruiser V
> Tech 2 weapon systems, particularly medium hybrids and lasers, sentry drones, and large lasers.
> Black Ops Battleships
(If you are missing any two or three of these, it's not a major issue, but these are the skills required for our go-to fleet comps)
> Able to use capitals (dreads + carrier can be on a secondary character)
> Jump drive calibration 5 (if your capital pilot does not have this, you will be asked to train it immediately. We plan all of our capital ops based on JDC V. JDC IV will not be accommodated.)
> Archons, Moros, and Naglfar are our preferred capitals. We do not use any other carriers for combat. If you bring a Rev or Pheonix, we will point and laugh (But they do count as dreads, but you will be asked to cross-train most likely).
What do we offer?
> Fleets. Many many fleets. We like to fly together, and we do so multiple times a day.
> We hunt capitals, and kill them.
> Our ship replacement program currently covers T2 logistics cruisers and Cyno bombers.
> We are actively looking for pilots who are interested in leading fleets and creating content for our alliance.
