Yep, lock coming as this is nothing more than a bored dude with nothing better to do trying to get a response on a forum lol.
The problem I have is that while this guy might not be serious, there ARE people who choose to play this open world sandbox pvp game that DO think this way. I find it incredible, not unlike someone choosing to play Grand Theft Auto who then advocates on GTA forums for the end to all that messy carjacking and hoe slapping that goes on in the game. and YES I've seen people advocate just that on GTA related forums.....
Some people are just plugged in upside down and backwards as the saying goes from my part of the world.
These particular people have no relationship with reality (virtual or otherwise), if they did they'd notice the legion of dead MMOs that tried to protect the delicate sensibilities and shallow egos of their customers while EVE Online survives after almost 12 years as a merciless mosh pit of giving zero fucks about your sensibilities. |

I am serious about my post. I will see the end of ganking in high sec.
Recently a "dooms day preacher" predicted the world would end. When it didn't, he 'recalculated'. That day came and the world didn't end again.
Then he died. See, the world DID end...for him.
Same here, the moment you uninstall, all ganking will end....for you. |

You need to speak for (and only for) yourself. You are mostly alone here except ofr other fringe crazies that can't cope with a small amount of difficulty in a video game.
EVE is a sandbox game, that doesn't mean you can play the way you want, it means EVERYONE can play the way they want. some people want to disrupt the gameplay of others.
If you are then a PVE player in a pvp focuses game (liek i am), the way you get the most out of the game is finding ways to thwart the people trying to disrupt you. That's good gameplay from good gamers.
Bad gamers run to a forum to ask mommy to kiss it and make it better because they are too panziefied to do it for themselves in-game. |

It all started back when i was a kid. I would just be sitting around playing with my toys and my MOM would come out of no where, kick over my toys and make me do chores I didn't want to do.
What triggered my current situation was that I was playing EVE one day and a ship that USED to be called a MOM came out of no where and kicked over all my toys (my Carrier) then i had to go do chores (lvl 5 missions) to get another carrier. EVE re-traumatized me that day. Also i realized that my mother was a dirty hot-dropper and probably a Goon

No joke here, every year I go to the State Fair just for the Fried Bacon. It perfectly compliments the Deep Fried Tea. Fried Cookies and milk are a great desert afterwards.
