Hey, CCP folks,
i think thats not funny...
i waiting for the game....
written 3 mails... no answears..
now i get my packet...
i look into in..
annnnd.....
NO CARDGAME IN IT!!!!!!!!
i've ordert a Mug, a GTC and a GreatWar Megapack ..
and only the **** mug an the GTC is in the packet...
on the packet is big with capital letters written
EVE CARDGAME
BOOSTER QUANITY 114
MADE IN BELGIUM
but THERE IS NO CARDGAME..
i'm a "bit" angry about the store and its support..
i want a answar! and that SOON

Yeah the cards are made in belgium.
And thats harsh btw Ralle, I think I'd have cried if I'd got to DHL's offices this morning to find an empty packet.

I did not know that they where made in Belgium..
In any case Kieron did state here that anyone with a faulty/incomplete order would be entitled to recieve there original order at no expense, and you get to keep whatever arrived and all.

Don't worry, it's all being looked into. You aren't the only one having problems with store orders, we know have a group of people working on it and you will be compensated. My apologies for the inconvenience.

will i get a new notification when the cards will be shipped? and how long will this take
dont want to get the cards as one of the last ones only because somebody cant read and send only a half packets

hmm no answer from eve-store about my "delivery" so far
under order tracking the order is shipped...
k from the 150$ order the 100$ part was missing... but seemed that this does't interest them...
still waiting...
I asking myself what will happen next.. and when .. i hope that they dont ship(or try it?) first the new orders and people who have get uncomplete or damaged one will be serverd at least...

a customer who is expecting since 27.06.2006 his card-game,who was happy when a packet arrived after on month waiting and rules reading and quite disapointed when he realised that the card were missing
Btw: I can't understand how somebody can send an uncomplete packet when the invoice is on the top where all three positions are specified and the postion who is missing also written in big capital letters on the paket. Big paket and only a small cup and a GTC.. everybody must see that there is something missing.. Cup and GTC were flying around in the paket.. i'm happy that nothing was broken.
