[93] Yikes, I didn't know there were so many noobs/carebears. I am glad at least a few people claimed in the hundereds hahaha. For me I'd say its probably around the 50 mark but then again I have been around since 2003. (It would be much higher but it toook me a while to get into PvP) Just recently the rate has skyrocketed because I have started to head down the pirate career. In the last 3 days I have lost 2AF's and a cruiser. But I killed 3 cruisers and 2 frigs :D A good start I'd say! |

[95] Edited by: Leikung on 29/04/2007 20:50:42 When I was new I went from the noob ship to a destoyer lost the destroyer went to crusier went to BC Lost ferox 2 days later got Drake, lost 2 days later went to crusier have not lost a ship afterwards.... until The other day, I was doing what i always do. Get a lvl 3 mish, accept, go in with my steath bomber, lay waste to everything, go collect the reward. Well flew into the plex, cloaked, wandered around, nothing. uncloaked.... 6 turrets and several T2 ships spawned and I was in a pod b4 I could warp out. Went home, got my Rook, laid waste to the lot. Guess I best read the name of the mish from now on. That one was Dangerous Ambush DOH Now I read the mish titles, and leave me Bomber at home sometimes  |

[98] wow how things have changed since this thread was made, I doubt most serious players can count how many ships they've lost. t1 fitted ships are completely expendable now, maybe it was better back then though when a ship loss meant something  |

A rough estimate is probably well over 100 Rough break down: Around 15 BS, a lot on mad suicide missions some work some don't. Around 25 BC's. 1 Command ship. 5 HACs 3 Recons 50+ cruisers? Rax's are disposable pwn mobiles. Countless interceptors and assualt frigs, i expect to lose 3-4 taranis per week. I class BS, BC's, cruisers, inties and AF's as being wholely disposable and use them with a no guts no glory attitude. great fun. Bones heal and chicks dig scars |

[112] I have lost 6 so far, 2 X Navitas tyring to figure out how folks were killing those freighters (NPC) in High-sec. 2 Tristans to Pirates in missions 1 Tristan to PVP, got jumped and Nossed before I knew what was happening. But the fella looked at how long I had been in game and mailed 1 million isk to replace it 1 Vexor to a 3 ship team, one jumped in to where I was ratting in 0.4 space and warp scrammed me while I was ratting, then his 2 friends jumped in and helped him finish me. If it had just been him and I know I would have unshipped him. |
