PIE Inc Assembly Hall:
Admiral LokÆri approaches the podium dressed in full regalia and begins to speak to a full assembly hall.
For most of the last year I have been the proud leader of this organization. Over that year I have watched it change and develop into the organization it is today, and I am proud to have had the honor of being its CEO. Now as we stand at the end of this summer, the time has come for this responsibility to be passed on to another.
Over that year, one of PIEÆs officers has always been working for the best interests of the corporation to the best of her ability. She has learned to lead in combat and she has learned to manage the corporation, even if she has not always been the most diplomatic of leaders, now it has come time to promote her one last time. Commodore, please come forward.
Commodore Lallara Zhuul approaches the podium. Admiral LokÆri removes her Commodore rank tabs and replaces them with the rank tabs of an Admiral, placing the old tabs in a jewelry case and returning them to the new Admiral.
Admiral Zhuul has accepted the office of CEO of PIE. She shall lead the praetorians into the future and continue to defend GodÆs People and Empire. I pray that God will grant her as much success as the previous Admirals of the Praetorians and that the Defenders of the Empire remain strong.

Admiral LokÆri leaves the podium to the new CEO of PIE inc
Admiral Lallara Zhuul walks to the podium and eyes the audience coldly.
I will not fail you Admiral.
We will continue on our path laid before us by God.
We will not fail.
She nods at the Admiral and steps down from the podium

Sad news.
I've not seen PIE so far other than as my opponent at wars. But still, what is right, is right, the way I've seen Gaven leading their pilots have inspired me.
I think you will be missed at leadership.
Perhaps you will use my words to call it unwelcome. Still, I know how hard it is to be at any position of leadership in times as such.
Good luck Gaven in your future.

I had the privlege of attending this solemn event on Amarr Oris Emperor Station. The site of much Amarr history once again would glow in the basking light of the faithful as God watched over a peaceful change of command.
Admiral Lallara Zhuul it was an honor to oversee your appointment to Commodore of PIE and it is once again good to see you advance to lead our fine corporation. I am sure with you at the helm of PIE we shall continue the prosperous growth we began under the leadership of Admiral Lok'ri.
On behalf of the Industry and Finance divisions I offer you my oath of loyalty and pledge to continue to serve PIE without fail. You are a leader we respect and will do well in this new call to service. I salute you!

You and I have been long time enemies, indeed I believe you were the last foe I fought on the battle field, and died as a result. As a leader myself, it's hard not to respect an enemy so dedicated to his cause.
Though we may hate each other, make no mistake, you are a foe worthy of my firepower, and that respect demands I face you again one day, whether you lead PIE or no. I look ofrward to that day again.

I have flown side-by-side with you in combat, Admiral Lok'ri and must say it is a sad day when a man of your valor decides to step down from his post. However, I have heard many great things about Admiral Zhuul, thus it is also a happy day when a woman of such convictions and high morals ascends to a position of power.
Regardless, it should be plain to all that PIE Inc will remain one of the Empire's most vigilant defenders.

Congratulations.
PIE was successfull with it's untypical behaviour for Amarrians to change CEOs like underwear. I have no doubt Lallara Zhuul will try to give her very best even when it comes to diplomatic issues.
