I'm offering a 50m bounty on Killmark, he's a scammer and corp thief and ripped off atleast 3 corporations to fund his new corp DeathHead Corp.

i remember him making a few dozen account in planetarion and using bots to manage them and attacking people with it......

Nah he wasn't Fury...
He had his own alliance.
He used bots and by some accounts +50 planets defending him and joining in his attacks...
For a time he was #1 hate figure in Planetarion... it is good to see he is doing the same here

If he's the arch-scammer you suggest, surely he'll create an alt and collect his own bounty?
Also getting podded isn't a big deal (unless you have a load of implants) so I'd suggest you take a leaf out of the dearly-departed Ragnar Danneskj÷ld's book and offer say 10x 5M sequential bounties, which is more annoying for the victim, lasts longer, and is harder to scam.
