I hve just upgraded level 4 agents from a -5 rated one to a +18. The general rewards have improved no end but I get no extra/story missions.
For my old agent I was getting asked to help story agents at least once a week, and the agent himself was giving several storyline type mission.
The new agent has given me no story missions in a month and I have had no referals from other story agents either.
What triggers these missions? Random? Is my agent bugged and is not relaying my loyalty to the story agents?

You should get offerd a storyline/important mission after sucessfully completing 15-16 normal missions for that faction. Dont all have to be with same agent, and dont all have to be consecutive either.
Not sure if this still apllies but at one time if you failed 1 mission then you would have to complete an extra 2 succesful to make up for the failed one , so taking the number of total succesful missions needed to 17-18 before getting refferd to a storyline agent.

Thanks for the info, I think something must be wrong with this agent then. I have nearly 100k LP with no fails, that should easily cover the 16 odd missions needed.

Possibly yeah , try 1-2 missions with another agent with same faction and see if it triggers the important mission offer.
The agent does sound bugged tho.

I have been doing a caldari lv 3 agent almost exclusivly the last month
yet yesterday i recived a storyline mission from a mimmatar agent ??? i was suprised to be honest i was not expecting that since i have not done ANT mimmatar agents in months
What the frig can i put here ? |
