I recall someone mentioning that reactors are not allowed in 0.4 and up.
I was under the impression that refining arrays where allowed. Did I miss the post about the regulations for that as well or is it bugged?

I do not know if they are allowed, but I would not recommend even trying
The intensive refining array only refines to a maximum of 75% of the minerals, and requires a Large POS tower (Which would require alot of resources to keep up)
I would assume it would be possible, just a little futile, since there is no place where you are too far from a refinery in Empire

Altho the primary use of the refinery would be for ice since it refines at 100%. And as the POS is placed in a station-less system that refinery would make the fueling a bit easier hence my question.
But it appears that noone I've talked to know for sure if the refining array restriction is a bug or intended.
Imo it's pretty stupid if it is intended. Why? Well because as you say the yield is worse than npc refinery so it would make no sense to use it, while a lab module gives BONUS to research speed etc that is allowed to be anchored.
So something that is primary worse than NPC is denied, while the boost on labs makes it better than NPC is approved. Sounds silly to me.
Any devs around to read this thread that can confirm or deny this being a bug?
