Yep. Launchers dead.
Myself and 18,000 other smart folks used the bin file, and logged in just fine.
Don't let that stop the shiptoasting though cz computers are hard.

client bypass is working for me now. If you don't know how...assuming eve in installed in the default location...C:/program files (x86)/CCP/bin/evefile.exe... good luck 
If I had a nickel for every time someone said women don't play eve, I'd have a bag of nickels to whack the next person who said it.. |

Ahem, back on topic. I think CCP is getting better at diffusing these attacks. Today, the user count didn't immediately drop to zero but dropped to almost 12,000 and is now at 18,000.
I had time to notice the lag today, and dock up. \o/
Give the CCP techs more time to send the offenders into a black hole. |

BTW there is a fix for the launcher by clearing the cache and that fixed it for me. |
