Zurtur Dirty Deeds Corp. Axiom Empire	Posted - 2006.08.08 22:40:00 - [1] Time for an sig upgrade for me, and as i've seen some rly rly good work here lately im starting a contest. What will be in the sig is entirelly up to you! Ship pref. are Minmatar and Gallente, but ANY OTHER will do as good. Please include my name tho. This will last for exactly 1 week from this post, but i may choose a sig that i like sooner, or not to choose any. Kriger Itchy Trigger Finger Brothers	Posted - 2006.08.10 09:25:00 - [4] Edited by: Kriger on 10/08/2006 09:34:47 no offence m8.. ive seen several of these contest recently and i just dont get them... who in their right mind would spend hours doing a sig for u they might not even get payed for? the contest reward would have to ALOT higher (not just refering to urs here m8). if im any sort of 'representative' of the sig designers out there, then most 'decent' sig guys have a steady stream of gfx jobs, meaning doing a sig for a 50 mill contest would be pretty poor business. anyhows.. hope u get a good sig m8 :) Edit: after looking i stand corrected.. seems ALOT of ppl r willing to do this.. ignore me ;) .:: Kriger's gfx Factory ::.

You would really kill a sig by working too long on it. well m8 i wont speculate as to how others do their gfx but imo the only way to do a sig that fast (30 mins) would be to repeatedly copy a concept. i for one find that somewhat unsatisfying, and while i admit sigs generally tend to look somewhat alike, i prefer to think this is due to ppl having similar requirements/limitations rather than sig designers just copying their work over and over. i for one try not to, tho' every1 has their own unique style that tends to shine through in every sig. Ships preferences are Gallente and Minmatar (as stated before) but others will work too. Ship is not supposed to take whole sig, i want a nice background for in it too. I dont want too much text in the sig, my name (name of corp/alliance too, not both tho) will be enough. Text is not to be too big, or shiny, altrough it needs to be vissible and readable...balanced. My avatar can be in the sig, altrough i would prefer it not to be there (again its up to artist, if you find a nice way to incorporate it, let it be there, I'm open minded) I dont want it to be too fancy, not a one-color style either tho. It needs to be balanced. Also, i dont want the sig to have lot of shi...i mean stuff in it. It needs to be simple, yet not too empty. Sigs i liked in provious contests: 1 2 3 4 YET AGAIN these are just a GUIDELINES. Why i didnt state all this in main post is because i want every artist to show his own style, and then choose what i like most, I'm very openminded for this (as stated before again) ----- There is a contest for a sig thats supposed to be here! 50mil reward, if interested check out THIS link
