I'm currently tinkering with the attributes of my new combat alt. So far I've got int:10 cha:3 per:10 mem:10 will:6 Willpower is a little low and may slow down training of T2 stuff. My alternate set of attributes is 9,3,9,9,9. It's more balanced, but like the question says; does 1 single attribute point make that big a difference? If not then should i go with the more balanced set of attributes?
Thanks

I like my caldari alt with 9's except for cha being 3. Although I would probably would have preferred going with something like Int: 11, Perc: 11, Will: 7, Mem: 7, Cha:3

Edited by: BustyBounty on 09/08/2006 00:25:03 i would get slightly higher perception than anything else if i was you, your likely to spend more time training spaceship command skill's than any other group so it will pay off

Edited by: Bai ul on 09/08/2006 01:53:41 If it's almost purely combat alt (and you're picking Achura already by the looks of it), I'd say pick Achura Monk, not Stargazer. As a good start, pick the command school, navigations picks, to start with Navigation L4 ;)
That's 8,3,9,6,8 plus 5 more points to distribute as you like... I'd recommend 8,3,11,6,10 or 8,3,10,6,11 (depending on what you want more of... advanced ships or advanced weapons).

Presuming you use learning and advanced learning in each category, 1 point will be around 4-5% if it's the primary attribute for that skill you want to learn.

It depends if you are planning to train all around, or to specialize.
If you want to specialize for combat, then go with the +1 in willpower. Otherwise keep the balanced stats.
