I just received mine today.
Fair warning:
Its in a plastic bag...
I was lucky though...only one card damaged, and that was a common.
Looked a lot worse than that just by judging from the boxes though. ----------------------------------------- Will Work for a Cool Sig!

Edit: Mine was in a plastic bag too, one mega pack box almost completely broken open. I don't like DHL's packaging to say the least.

Nah, I'm in Ohio, and there are few people who play EVE here, save for myself, my fiancee, and our one friend from work (who joined because of my mindless ramblings about it at work). ----------------------------------------- Will Work for a Cool Sig!

I haven't received mine yet, in the Pacific NW area.
Are these packages required to be signed for? I did have someone attempt to contact me at about noon today, but no tag and no package. So either they attempted to deliver and didn't leave a tag, or they left it and it was stolen from my doorstep, or it was an unrelated item.
I can't actually tell anything because no tracking number was attached to the order when it 'shipped'. I have gotten Kerion to respond, but the people who are supposed to have this information haven't said anything at all, and now I might have to start dealing with a possible package theft. I am pretty close to calling it quits on this game if I have to put pressure to just get a tracking number from a reputable company.

The package didn't require any signing as far as I know... And that means I got home from work and my Mother had already broght it in, and she didn't mention any signing.
The Plastic bag is actually a special bubble wrap bag, it's supposed to help prevent really bad damage, and it's much better than just a simple plastic bag or with just a packaging paper wrap. I'd still prefer the items in a box though.

I got my package on Monday and almost missed the guy as he was leaving by the time I got to the door. The package indicated it had to be signed for. Both of my Starters looked liked a herd of elephants had smashed them a few times. Also from the one booster box I have opened almost half the cards have deformity on one side that looks like something sharp and heavy had been placed on them.

No, not a grocery plastic bag! It's one of those thick plastic shipping bags, difficult to tear, but not much protection at all against blunt trauma.

Did you actually receive it, or has it been 'out for delivery' for the past two days?
My problem is that mine shipped on the first (DHL), I ordered it on the /19th of June/, and I have no tracking number from CCP, and while it appears DHL attempted to deliver yesterday on the 8th, I have no package and no door-tag. I am also in your area, and this is getting frustrating, as I have only had one other shipment from ANY company get fouled up this bad, and I had to threaten legal action to get anything from anyone. I am really hoping I don't start having to do the same here. :/

Yes I have recieved my package - I called DHL 1st thing when I saw it was out for delivery and arranged for a pickup at their sorting facility Monday evening (6pm local time) since I wasn't available at the address to recieve the delivery. I don't think they even attempted to deliver it to my address since they paged the driver to make sure it would be back in time for me to pick it up.
Uh... so if you don't have a tracking number how do you know it was attempted to be delivered?? The tracking # should be on the order page. Login to the store, click on the order tracking link, then click your order number. You should see a line midway down the page like this: Shipment DHL Express $XX.XX (dhl 1234567890)
The 10 digit number is your tracking #, also 3 lines below that you should also see Status Shipped. If you don't have a tracking number, then maybe it's shipped and you have 3 options.
#1 you can try to find it on DHL page with track by reference. Put in your ship date +/- a few days, your postal code and try using the reference EVE ONLINE <N> substituting a different letter for the <N> like this "EVE ONLINE A". I'd try the letter for your city or name first... not sure what sort of sequence they used, but there are only 26 choices anyhow.
#2 contact DHL directly, they *may* be able to confirm that you have a package or not if you give them your address, phone #, ship date, country of origin, etc. Doubt it though.
#3 you can contact CCP and confirm if it is really shiopped or not, and get your tracking # from them. Email Kieron and wait a couple of days, at which point your package will likely be delivered anyhow if it really has been shipped.
Good luck.

Yeah, I know... but there was no tracking number, instead a ship date and my order number... :/

You saved my butt, big-time. This discovered the package, the tracking number, and the fact that today was the third attempt (with no door tags for the previous two). I have them holding the package for pickup, and should get it tonight. Otherwise, it would have been back on a plane to Iceland and a whole new can of worms would open. :/

Tried, Kieron responded by saying he routed it to those handling this situation, but got no response after that (this was 4-5 days ago, towards the end of last week).

Oh, and just to answer one more of your questions: My apartment complex has restricted access, and so you have to dial the apartment and have them buzz you in. I have this box calling my cell phone, and when I get 3 calls at noon from that box, and I have no other packages expected, and my friends/family all know my work schedule (9 to 5, 5 days a week)... It means either someone wanted me to buzz them in for bad reasons, or they wanted to deliver this package. :)

Depends on your area but DHL usually won't leave a door tag in that case then, if it is a multi-residence address. It is far too easy for someone to steal by taking the tag and signing it to leave the package next delivery, then snagging your box.

Florida here, DHL first tried to deliver it on Friday the 4th, but noone was home/awake either time they tried. Then they tried again on Monday, early and still couldnt deliver it. I called from work (I work midnight to noon) and had them hold for pickup.
I got it at the DHL office, and was glad I did, because I only got 1/2 of what was on the invoice and it was in a thick plastic shipping bag, no bubble wrap, and the boxes had been sorely crushed. I was lucky that I had very little card damage and no foils were hurt in the process(yay phoil phoon!!!). Anyways, if you had the DHL shipping I'd suggest checking the tracking number quickly because they like to deliver in the early AM (9-10 o'clock or earlier).
Now to find someone to play

Well, I normally get door-tags from other DHL-shipped items I have had sent to me. They /did/ leave a door tag today, after I told them I would pick it up. Go figure.
I had the intention of playing Caldari, although what I got in the booster box told me that I was playing Gallente instead. I might have a nasty Gallente control deck designed in the next couple of days from what I can already see. :)
