Hi...
I was wondering when i would be ready to become a BS pilot and what skills i would need to become a uber BS pilot and do lvl 4 missions... i have 2m sp atm and am training advanced learnings skills to lvl 4. So how long should i wait and what skills do i need.. i also want to go into 0.0 in the BS, so if i could have a list of skills basic and advanced skills to train for lvl 4 missions and 0.0 ratting/pvp in 0.0 it would be very appreciated

You need a lot less skills for L4 missions than you need for 0.0 survival. Basically, L4 missions are PvE, and easy as heck... while PvP is nasty (jamming, nosing, webbing and scramming, all done ON you with the intent to kill not slow down). You'll be doing L4 missions in a BC faster than you can say you are relatively safe in 0.0 space in a BS. ___
Don't get L2/L3 BS in more races... concentrate on a single race's BS skill first and get it to L4 at least, L5 if you can afford the wait.
Get the two capacitor-related skills (capacity, recharge) to L4 at least. Get Hull Upgrades, Mechanic and shield capacity skill up to L4, L5 if you can wait.
Depending on tanking style (shield or armor), you'll want either Shield Operation L5 (XLSB2) or Repair Systems L4 (LAR2) or even L5 (just for the speed bonus). You'll also want L4 in all weapons you'll use, and also at least L4 in that weapon system's "support" skills (firing speed, range, etc)

The 3 ships you listed (- the faction one) all are fought differently. The Domi requires good drone and tanking skills , while the megathron is a gun platform I don't know anything about the Tempest though. It all depends on where you wat to focus your time, but here is a list of skills that will get you a level 4 domi up and running: Mech 5 Repair Systems 4 Hull Upgrades 4 EM/Therm/Exp/Kin skills to 3
Cap skills to 4
Drones 5 Drone Int 4 heavy drones 4 drone dur 3 drone sharpshooting 4 drone nav 4
Skills to use heavy nos skills to use smart bomb (only if you want) Drone Link mod skills
From there you should be able to figure out the rest.

First tidbit of advice: You need to pick one of these in order to focus your skill training for efficiency (it seems like you want to run L4's soon). If you want to run missions well and start doing so soon, train for one ship at a time.
Second: A Macheriel is basically a Tempest with an extra bonus, more HP, and another low slot.
You'll want to focus on either shield tanking or armor tanking, not both. Distributing skills across numerous disciplines is fine, and you can play how you like, but if you want to get somewhere early on in Eve, specializing is the way to go.
Mail me ingame if you'd like more advice.

By gaining experience in EvE, thinking and doing what you want to do, you will gradually understand what skills you need and how to use them along with your ships, depending on each situation.
Once you have that experience, and once you no longer feel the need to ask, then you'll be ready to move to a battleship.
