Huck had most of the shares, so there could be no takeover. He said he wanted to go and be a pirate as he was so of bored with HIS corp.
Fair enough, but to take the money, mmm. He actually handed me the shares as he left and in order to be rid of his legacy, we are disbanding the corp and starting again so his name will not be on the details as founder. No-one likes him now and they don't want his name connected at all.
He also got 3 wars started against up in the week that he left - we're not happy with that and to be left with something he created.
Good riddance - if you ask any of the others, he was an awful CEO - sat AFK all the time, expected everyone else to mine and work for him, then he left with the cash.
I'm not bitter now, but its just a warning to others. He said he was going to set up a pirate corp next - but just watch out that you don't join and get ripped off like us.

Look. A Namtz admitting to illegal murder, isn't that what you guys go against? Oh it's a second character, that's alright.
Still justifies Namtz attacking almost totally unrelated miners and NPCers just for being in the same corp as someone who has allegedly commited an act against Namtz (negative sec status isn't really justification to shoot someone if you admit to having a separate account you pirate with and obviously support with your active character in an anti-pirate organisation)
Stop jumping on excuses to hunt anyone you feel like and stick to your directive if you want to be taken as seriously anti-pirate.

Theres fourty of you right and one of him (plus his new corp suckers). I'm thinking that maybe you can give him one hell of a continued hiding.
Fourty of you should be able to afford a war dec (even if you gave every isk you own to the corp...).
Then its war. Just keep podding him till you either feel satistfied or he gives you 800mil isk to share. Its the Eve way

It's only 400mil i don't really see the problem, there's 40 of you so that's only 10mil each.
If you wanna be technical about it he made the corp and the corp money was really his to do as he pleased with. If there was more than just tax money in the wallet then you really should have been more careful what you do with your isk.
Could have been worse, could have been t2 BPO's lol

Well, I don't go much on your ethics. The CEO did naff-all and took people's donations. You gotta trust at some point and you don't expect the CEO to do this.
Changed my views on the game seeing as a month of my time since joining has effectively been wasted. Could have done something useful in real life.

Yeah but its a game, you have to play it on that notion.
A CEO is a player just like me, you and anyone else and tbh if i lost 10mil i wouldn't really be as bothered as you are and certainly not trying to make out its a months isk lol. God people get scammed out of much more and that's just shopping in systems which aren't hubs.
I know people who have lost billions from trusting people in this game, be this a small and insignificant lesson to you to keep anything worth while in your own hanger.

I'm tired of seeing it in corp chat 24/7, and I'm tired of the 40 eve-mails a day about it. You want to go out and hunt him? Fine, go ahead and set some **** up. But all you seem to be doing is sitting in your sandbox, complaining about how he took all your money.
I will not be joining your new corp when you form it. I'd rather play the game with some adults that know how **** runs in real life.

well huckstar still hasnt posted - that said u guys should just leave him be warn any new corps he joins but otherwise just get on with the game oh and corp wallet funds are accessible by CEO and directors so its considered a slush fund and players should always ensure they have some ISK of their own.

<Justification>
1) I dont want to attack him because hes done anything against Namtz (he hasn't) My char used to be in his corp but I left before this happened.
2) My 2nd char does missions to support his own char generally speaking hes rarely in the same system. Thus he funds his own ships
3) I am choosing to play my 2nd char as a kind of bounty hunter so hunting down a corp thief is hardly violating my anti pirate stance.
