First of all, congratulations on the tone of your post, much better then before.
Secondly, I truly wish you would hire someone to write up your official announcements, your post hurts my eyes and I think you owe me 5mil isk for my pain.
Thirdly, not all is lost... *if* Cally hands over control of UEMA, Cally has said you are netting 4% interest/month over all funds that EIB holds of UEMA. This 4% will of course be converted to dividends and you can pay a fat dividend at the end of this scandal.
Fourthly (is that a word?) I feel for your situation and I beleive you have done what you can to conduct a "fair vote" and personally I will support you 'stepping out' as I promissed I would before the 3rd vote was called. However I totally disagree with any conclusions you are trying to make based on any of the 3 votes. I still beleive that each vote was broken and their results are meaningless, so I would prefer you stepped of your high horse there. The (general) voting system is broken severely and any results are bogus.
I haven't had a contact from Cally in the last few days either, so the audit is on a severe hold. I did however see a news article about some traffic accident happening in Cally's home town. With all the bad luck he is having it wouldn't surprise me at all, if... Well lets hope for the best and see this scandal over once and for all.
Personally Mung, you are hurting yourself more then anyone else with your style of handling these issues and your communication and I really wish you would get help for these affairs (and follow up on any advice they give you).

This is the difference between you and me :) i am not saying you are wrong... but I wouldn't state "as a fact" that 1) it was 'patients internet' and 2) that "patient internet" is non-existant in James Cook Univeristy Hospital in Boros.
So I assume you verified these facts with a phonecall? or are you jumping the on the Speculation Train of claiming likely events as facts? :)
You may well be right but lets stop trying to look like "OMG I am cool because I know these things!!! lol" and start talking facts instead of rumors.
Don't claim that you know these things after you called: +44(0)1642 850850
and asked them:
1) is it at all possible that a patient could get access to an internet station within a week of being in the hospital to get word out.
2) is there an official 'patient public internet room'
I have been in Teesside University, there were public access rooms there.. I don't remember if Teesside University is in the same building as the University hospital and I don't know if The University Hospital would have student internet just like the normal University does but I can see it as a possibility that something like that could be possible. Too likely to be able to claim as a fact otherwise without factchecking.

Hmm this worries me.. I know if I am in a hospital I would like to inform eve about emfi being unavailable.. however I will probably just phonecall someone I know in eve to post it for me. I think that I would try very hard (bribing a nurse) to use one of the computers there. (even though NHS network is limited and I doubt you can play eve)

Well appologies to assume you just "claimed" to know about it without actually knowing, but that seems to be a trend here.

Since regular isk transfers were happening to the tellers up until Mung tried to destroy the bank. It could be argued that Cally finally got fed up and decided to call it quits over Mung. I would think that the person destroying the bank by delivering the last drop would be last in line, don't you agree?

Oh ok, my understanding was that only "free form" votes are bugged... if BPO unlock votes are also bugged CCP has got a big issue! :)
