...Any server status monitor programs that are any good? EVE Character Manager used to have a great one; and a couple of older ones just don't work because the server changed IP addresses in the server relocation.
So, any good status monitors out there atm?

You can get the data yourself by requesting a apge from Eve... I saw it once but never wrote it down.
I wish someone would tell us (or etheral the traffic to find out) what the URL is.

Well... I've been searching for it myself and came up with a bit of old source code from eve-i forums. Rebuilded a script and at this moment it only needs testing around DT to give the right information back.
The plan was to publish stats in a file like eve-i did. I need to contact ccp n rules about this.
I also wrote an TCL script for eggdrop use. Currently it uses the php script but that will change to the file and then i will publish it. If ccp says its ok.

To my knowledge there are 2 IRCBots around, 1 on QuakeNet and 1 on Coldfront that give the info and 'shout' when the server's status changes.
I've emailed CCP about this, their response was a "If you can code properly we won't eat your babies".. in a pr-kind of way (<3 for the 10-minute response btw guys).
Best bet is to 'hang' around on QNet or on ColdFront .. pm me @ Xaroth (on Coldfront) if you require more info.

got stuff up and running. Need to check some stuff around DT. Most of the time i'm working then so its hard to check. But i think its ok and else i will fix it on next DT.
My eggdrop is also working ;) on @ quakenet. But ssssshh nobody knows that.
clicky for a small preview. Stuff is going to other server soon and gets a descent layout then. Dont know why i'm doing it but it was a quick job  and fun.

check the new evemon, it has a server status and no. of players count at the bottom.

Their resposne was the same logic as i put in, the proxy only refreshes the server info once every X minutes (iirc it was either 2 or 5).. so it's worthless to check on at a higher rate than that anyways... I'd say the 'perfect' rate is 10 minutes.. haven't had problems with that so far.

Wow... evenews.com had a nice graph tool. But they are closed since??  Thought it was a good going site.
graphs on evemon are sweet also yes. Like that 3d kinda thing.

used to be a 24 hour graph on eve-i shame it closed a few websites have come and gone in the meantime
